The first fire stations were lokated at the Glockenhausplatz (today calledFriedensplatz), the first station with tower was build in 1878 at Ziegelbrunnen. |

In 1935 a new fire station was build at the today so called Zeughausplatz and it was used until 1972. The building is a local monument and can't be destroyed. Now a little store is in it. |
